Tazman may not transact in the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives. Examples: Promoting safety training or licenses for legal weapons; Firearms and firearm parts; Paintball guns.
Animals:
Tazman may not transact in the sale of any animals. Examples: Animal cages; Products for animals (toys, collars, etc.); Veterinary services.
Adult products or services:
Tazman may not transact in the sale or use of adult products or services. Examples: Products promoting family planning and contraception; Sex toys; Videos or live shows for adult entertainment.
Body parts and fluids:
Tazman may not transact in the sale of human body parts or fluids. Examples: Blood donation centers; Hair extensions and wigs; Urine.
Medical and healthcare products:
Tazman may not transact in certain healthcare products, including medical devices, and smoking cessation products containing nicotine. Medical Devices - Examples: Lifestyle and fitness accessories; Contact lenses; Bandages and braces for physical injuries.
Items or products with overtly sexualized positioning:
Tazman may not position products or services in a sexually suggestive manner. Examples: Implied nudity; Implied sexual acts; Zoomed-in sexual images.
Real money gambling services:
Tazman may not transact in or facilitate gambling, games of skill, or lotteries, including online casinos, sports books, bingo, or poker if it costs money.
Dating services:
Tazman may not transact in or facilitate online dating services.
Products or items that facilitate or encourage unauthorized access to digital media:
Tazman may not transact in the sale of devices that facilitate or encourage streaming digital content in an unauthorized manner or interfere with the functionality of electronic devices. Examples: Add-on equipment for streaming devices such as keyboards and remotes; Sale of streaming devices loaded with software that facilitates unauthorized access to content; Jailbroken or loaded devices.
Digital and subscription services, including links to or processing of any subscription sales, renewals, or upgrades:
Tazman may not transact in the sale, including renewals and upgrades, etc., of digital content, digital subscriptions, or digital accounts. Examples: Authentic audio or video CDs, DVDs, and Blu Ray; Digital devices, including Smartphones, video game consoles, and TVs; Downloadable content, including PDFs, music, games, movies, etc.
Business models, goods, items, or services that we determine may be or are fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or deceptive, or may be or are exploitative, inappropriate, or exert undue pressure on targeted groups:

1. Create a Quality Experience
Tazman is committed to abiding by the guidelines and instructions outlined in technical and product documentation. Tazman will maintain an accurate WhatsApp Business profile with up-to-date customer support contact information, including email address, website address, and/or telephone number. Tazman will not impersonate another business or mislead customers about the nature of its business.
Contact Permission: Tazman will only contact individuals on WhatsApp if they have provided their mobile phone number and agreed to be contacted by Tazman. Tazman will avoid confusing, deceiving, defrauding, misleading, spamming, or surprising users with communications.
Respect User Requests: Tazman will respect and comply with user requests to block, discontinue, or opt-out of communications via WhatsApp, whether expressed on or off the platform.
2. Tazman Business Solution (WhatsApp Business API) Specific Terms
Tazman will obtain opt-in permission before initiating a WhatsApp message, clearly stating the user is opting in to receive messages from Tazman and stating Tazman's business name. Tazman is responsible for determining the method of opt-in, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and obtaining necessary notices and permissions.
Acceptable Message Types: Tazman will only initiate conversations using approved Message Templates, subject to applicable pricing. Tazman will reply to user messages without a Message Template within 24 hours of the last user message. Tazman will use automation within the 24-hour window, providing clear escalation paths for user-initiated conversations.
3. Protect Data & Comply with Law
Tazman is responsible for securing all necessary notices, permissions, and consents to collect, use, and share user content and information. Tazman will maintain a published privacy policy and comply with applicable laws. Tazman will not use data obtained from WhatsApp for any purpose other than supporting messaging. Tazman will not share sensitive information, including full-length payment card numbers, financial account numbers, personal ID card numbers, or health information (if applicable regulations prohibit distribution).
4. Prohibited Organizations & Use
Tazman prohibits engagement in terrorist or organized criminal activity. Tazman prohibits the use of WhatsApp Business Services for criminal activities causing harm. Tazman prohibits the exchange of illegal products or services. Tazman prohibits the exchange of certain regulated or restricted goods and services, as determined by Tazman. Tazman prohibits discriminatory practices and offensive content. Tazman prohibits the use for real-money gambling, adult products and services, dating services, multi-level marketing, payday loans, and other specified activities.
5. Enforcement & Updates
Tazman may limit or remove access to services for violations. Termination of an account for policy violations may result in a prohibition from future use of Tazman products and services. Tazman may update this policy without notice, and continued use after such updates implies consent.
Tazman will set clear expectations for users regarding the types of messages they will receive. Tazman will obtain opt-ins for different message categories. Tazman will provide clear instructions for users to opt-out of specific message categories. Tazman will ensure opt-in and opt-out flows are clear and intuitive. Tazman will clearly communicate the value of receiving information on WhatsApp.
You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
To request deletion, you can log into your account, go to your Profile page, and select the option to delete your profile.
Once your profile is deleted, your account and all personal data associated with it will be permanently removed from our active databases. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as preventing fraud or resolving disputes.
